My Deoradhan data continues to grow. I became a Level One operative for Penumbra and can now connect to certain restricted databases on the computer network. I looked up the other Deoradhans. Viewed AFS personnel files on four of them: Teanae, Jag, Dulfer, and another I've only heard about, Matrona.
The data in her file says she's a clone like me, but unlike me she's fully Human. She was a straight copy of Mabon when he was a level 26 Sapper, all the way down to the memories. The techs call it Quantum Level Scanning and Reconstruction of Neural Fractal Topography. For all intents and purposes, she "was" Mabon until they were "separated" by the cloning process. She was treated for psychological problems stemming from this process. When she first awoke she believed herself to be Mabon, but very quickly realized she was the clone due to her gender. She fled from the techs at Irendas Penal Colony where she was "born" and made a beeline for the wormhole. She told the psychiatrist that she (or rather, Mabon) had heard that wormhole travel could cause chromosomal changes, and she had hoped that traveling through it would alter her gender, make her the man she thought she had once been. She spent several months rehabbing at Foreas Base under the care of a Doctor Honeydew, where she learned to modify weapons and armor before she was finally cleared to step onto a battlefield. Mabon must have learned from this experience, because when I was cloned I didn't receive his memories.
Matrona's now stationed on Ligo in the Crucible region. If I can't get to Mabon, she'll do.
There was a file on Mabon too, but it was flagged for Level Five access. He may know I'm coming. I'll have to be more careful from now on.
