Cold Fire [IC]

The universe is full of racist bastards like Reyko. Colonel Deiley calls the Brann "forkheads." It's the same thing with the Brann. I've been on Arieki for a few days now, and I get the same strange looks from the Brann that I get from some of the AFS soldiers. The Humans want to call me Brann because I have blue skin and spots, but the Brann want to call me Human because I have ten fingers and toes (the Brann have only six of each). The Bane smell the stench of Human from me, for whatever that's worth. But I don't fit in with either group. Thankfully, I've hit on a bit of a solution. I've trained up in stealth armor, and the suit gives me total coverage. Now nobody can judge me by the color of my skin. Now all they see is AFS and they all call me Human. It's almost nice. Except when I need to shower. I still don't understand why Mabon made me this way. He never replied to the e-mail when I asked. Bastard.
